Ricketts Glen, Pennsylvania

The lowest fall in the glen
The lowest waterfall in the glen—the first one you see if you hike up from the bottom.

A waterfall and a log that looks like a crocodile
I saved my sister from the crocodile at the bottom of the photo. She thought it was just a log.

Clear, clean wate
Clear, clean water.

Waterfall, rocks, and a hint of fall foliage
Mid-October in the Poconos, but the leaves were just starting to turn.

A low waterfall surrounded by green foliage

A steep, tall cataract
Lots of waterfalls means lots of uphill hiking

Boulders at the base of a cataract

Steep, broken rocks with trees alongside a waterfall

Ferns alongside the trail
The woods alongside the trails are worth a look too.

Water flowing over a rock shelf

A sunlit waterfall in the shady glen

Water dripping from plants next to a fall

Water flowing over flat, broken layers of rock

Tall trees on the side of the glen

The stream flowing between boulders

Sunlight, shadows, boulders, and a waterfall

A sunlit fall rippling the water
